Job Description:

We are looking to appoint two Tenancy Sustainment Officers to work within our Housing First service. Housing First is an internationally evidence-based approach, which uses independent, stable housing as a platform to enable individuals to begin recovery and move away from homelessness.
Through the provision of intensive, flexible and person-centred support, people are supported to maintain and flourish in their home.
You will have a clear understanding of relevant policies, procedures and legal frameworks involved with lettings in the private sector and social housing sector.
You will have excellent relationship management skills and be adept at spotting early signs of tenancy management matters with a solution focussed response.
The Tenancy Sustainment Officers will be integral to finding property solutions for our Housing First Service Users as well as providing and advice and support alongside our Housing First Practitioners to support long term tenancy sustainability.
The role also has £1700 per annum for on-call allowance: this is for 1 week in 8 the successful candidate will need to take emergency calls outside of office hours including at weekends.
