LCR Combined Authority Meeting: 20 March 2020 Update

The Liverpool City Region Combined Authority met today (Friday, 20 March), for its usual monthly meeting and took a range of policy and funding decisions, including:

• Approving the city region’s Local Industrial Strategy


• Approving grant funding allocations for the Adult Education Budget


• Hearing a performance update on the Households into Work programme


• Hearing an update on the Strategic Investment Fund


• Approving funding support for a Music Industry Sector Development Pilot


• Approving funding support for the remediation of the Festival Gardens site


• Approving funding support for the Vynova chemical plant in Runcorn


• Approving funding support for the Runcorn Station Quarter project
