Women in Community Rail are looking for an individual who is committed to ensuring the provision of quality administration, event planning support and digital marketing support to Women in Community Rail
The vacancy forms a crucial part of Women in Community Rail’s capacity to deliver a quality service to our membership and to build our profile to a wider audience.
Reporting to the Chair of Women in Community Rail and Merseytravel Rail Development Manager, the successful candidate would assist in all aspects of the activities Women in Community Rail, supporting the on-going management and development of their objectives alongside the commitments made to West Midland Trains.
You will be required to engage with steering group members, the wider membership, partners and stakeholders across community rail.
You must be enthusiastic, motivated, determined to deliver results and be able to work as part of a small team, ideally possess a good knowledge of the railway, Office applications, digital awareness, social media and previous experience working with websites.
This role is part time and the successful candidate will work an average of 21 hours per week (3 days)
on a rota basis, Monday to Friday in accordance with the flexi-time scheme in operation within Mann Island, Liverpool.
