£18,697 – £19,327 and Weekend Enhancement (pro rata)
Working at the famous Mersey Ferries, your responsibilities will include providing high standards of customer care, information and sales to ensure our customers enjoy a quality experience. As part of the Customer Delivery Team, you will proactively help your colleagues in all elements of service delivery, to make sure Mersey Ferries present our customers with an unrivalled experience.
Mersey Ferries are one of Merseyside’s most visited tourist attractions and our entire team are committed to offering a high-quality experience. As well as taking hundreds of thousands of people out on the Mersey each year, we also operate a range of attractions, as well as trips along the Manchester Ship Canal.
To deliver our world class service, we need to recruit two Customer Service Officers to work at any of our terminals at Seacombe, Woodside/U-Boat and the Pier Head and for any shift time within our operating hours. Working to an annualised hours roster, you must be willing to work bank holidays and have a flexible approach to working hours and location. You should have a high standard of personal presentation; a friendly disposition, be genuinely committed to providing excellent customer service and want to make a positive contribution to our customers experience. Previous customer service experience and cash handling skills would be an advantage.
