Salary: £20,242 - £21,974 (pro rata) plus 12.5% Shift Allowance and Weekend Enhancement

Job Description:

1 x Full Time, 35 hours pw

1 x Part Time, avg 17.5 hours pw

1 x Part Time rotating avg 17.5 hours pw – Temporary until July 2022

 

As part of Merseytravel’s Customer Delivery Team you will work at all of our Bus Station and Travel Centre Hubs across Merseyside.  Our Hubs include Queen Square, Liverpool One, Birkenhead, Bootle, Huyton and St Helens.  Your responsibilities will include working on your own and with a high performing team, to deliver safe, accessible, high quality Customer Services.

You could be based at any one of our Merseyside Hubs, and will work at all locations on a regular basis.  You must be able to report for duty at times when there may be no public transport available
