The information to help you answer the consultation questions is provided in the Consultation Document or the Summary Consultation Document. This sets out why Liverpool City Region Combined Authority believes it needs to change the Liverpool City Region’s bus market, and the reasons why it considers bus franchising is the right way to do this. It explains the Proposed Franchising Scheme and how it could be introduced and seeks views on the proposals. Where appropriate we have included specific questions alongside this information.
If you would like to respond to the shorter questionnaire with 8 questions, we would recommend using the Summary Consultation Document which is shorter and focused on the 8 key questions.
If you would like to respond to the longer questionnaire with 34 questions, we would recommend using the Consultation Document which is longer and contains more detailed information to use in answering the 34 questions.
