Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 AA standard, due to the following: non-compliances listed below.

  • Some historic PDF documents published on the website are not fully accessible.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons.

Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations

Guideline 1/2/3/4

Work is ongoing to make PDF documents published on this website accessible.

Disproportionate Burden

PDFs and other documents

We are aware that not all of our PDFs and documents are currently fully accessible. Work is ongoing to make these documents fully accessible, however we believe that fixing the accessibility problems with some content would be disproportionate because the content will be retired soon. Documents in question will either be fully accessible or retired by 30 April 2023.

Content that’s not within the scope of the accessibility regulations

PDFs and other documents

The accessibility regulations do not require us to fix PDFs or other documents published before 23 September 2018 if they’re not essential to providing our services.

Live video

We do not plan to add captions to live video streams because live video is exempt from meeting the accessibility regulations.

Pre-recorded video

We do not plan to add caption, text and audio descriptions to pre-recorded videos published before 23 September 2020, as they are exempt from the regulations.
